A solid, strong pair of rubber gloves are essential before you even think about starting on this room. There are lots of expensive bathroom cleaning products on the market today but you really don&#8217;t need to spend a fortune to get a gleaming bathroom. When it comes to the toilet make sure you&#8217;ve emptied all the water then leave some vinegar to sit for a few hours. Any tough stains that are left will be easy to scrub away.<\/p>\n<p>The bathroom has to deal with more water than any other room in the house and there&#8217;s often very little ventilation so you&#8217;re bound to have hard water you need to get rid of. Vinegar is great for removing stains from things like the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.splashdirect.com\/Bathroom-Taps\/c1604.aspx\">taps<\/a> and basins. Streaks and water stains will be more obvious here than anywhere else in the bathroom. One really cheap way to keep out mirrors looking clean is to use rubbing alcohol by mixing one part with four parts of water. Make sure the mixture is well mixed before spraying onto the mirror and wiping clean with a soft clean paper towel.<\/p>\n<p>You should ensure that all your cleaning supplies and cleaning <a href=\"http:\/\/www.splashdirect.com\/Bathroom-Accessories\/c1468.aspx\">bathroom accessories<\/a> that were designed especially for the bathroom. They should be kept apart from all the other cleaning supplies too, you don&#8217;t want the same cloths to be used in the kitchen that you&#8217;re using in the bathroom. Ideally the bathroom should have its own mop and bucket and cleaning cloths and sponges.
