That’s why organic gardening is very important for our well-being.

With the modernization and with all this fast tempo of life, we forgot dozens of values that were sustained for centuries. Today, unfortunately we do not know how to produce our own food. We’re not able to hunt, can’t plant seeds and can’t prepare the food. We even have difficulty preparing semi prepared food that we purchase at the supermarket.

Only couple companies, typically smaller are inclined to grow the food by the rules. In order to have better made food we must sustain organic food growing. Small families that live in houses possess the gift that allows them to grow their own food. It is not much, but it is much better than to buy everything at the market.

At the local flea markets, there are many peasants that sell foodstuff that was produced by organic and natural gardening. Its price may differ depending on the season, however lately even they will started to produce greens with help of man-made means. That can be observed from the fact that you will find at those marketplaces any type of food troughout whole year.

Almost whole soil is polluted and there is hardly any way to produce clean food, but we have to strive to produce it as organically as we can. The effects of today’s contaminated food are going to be seen in the future, when it is going to be too late to change what has been done. We have to try to avoid buying prepared food, and then try to prepare it ourselves and attempt to grow it individually, if we get the chance.

Terry Mason is 25 years old, who recently finished college and presently working as a mechanical industrial engineer in a small company.
