Back pain and problems have affected many people around the world. You can have them for many reasons and can really happen at any time in your life. There are a variety of choices on working through them with energy healing<\/a>, crystal healing, and holistic healing<\/a> methods for them to be cured on a whole, and I can show you how!<\/p>\n

When you want to work with holistic therapy<\/a> and these types of methods to treat your body as a whole it is important to work with Petrified Work for general back problems and issues. It makes not difference when you did to cause this problem, but rather about treating it now in your life. An average session will take about 15 minutes to complete.<\/p>\n

For this session make sure you are laying down on your stomach and have the Petrified Wood, three pieces of this crystal, placed equally along your back. You want to make sure you are laying somewhere that is comfortable for this time period.<\/p>\n

Working with this healing session, have the person make sure to place the crystals in three key locations. One near the tailbone, one near the neck and shoulders meet, and the final one placed equally in-between the other two near the middle of the back. Rest during this 15 minute time period for the healing to take place and relax as the energies begin the remove the negative and balance out the positive healing work.<\/p>\n

For major back issues and dis-tress, you can wear a reverse pendant of Petrified Wood. All a reverse pendant is a normal pendant, but worn on your back instead of around the front of your neck. This will send healing alignment energies down your spine and work on healing your major back issues.<\/p>\n

You can also incorporate reiki healing<\/a> by charging the crystals with Reiki energy to amplify the power. You can also use the above-mentioned quick mention for those short onset bursts of pain for extra energy boosts.<\/p>\n
