Aside from the normal stuff, there is much to getting healthy; it goes way beyond just eating and exercising.  Since vegetables in the supermarket are mass produced by commercial farms, they often lack the taste well grown produce items have.  Physical activity is also great when using an exercise routine, but once the regimen is broken, it is often tough to get back on track.  These points and more are why there are numerous overweight Americans and even more people simply not satisfied with their physical state of being.

Gaining all the pounds back after a successful diet is discouraging to anyone that experiences it, so building good habits is essential. Routines often cause the user to be bored, so changing it up regularly is a great idea.  Most people stop because they miss exercises or simply become bored with what they are doing.  Many activities the person enjoys must be worked into a routine so that the person is not going to do the same thing each day and get bored.  The same can be said for food, and new dishes and restaurants must be discovered to keep interest.

Staying active is the only thing that should be done besides eating and working out.  Maintaining routine and interest are the main ideas to follow to not fall back into an earlier cycle of eating and staying inactive.  The diet also needs to have a structure after a while, allowing for cheating and other instances.
