Using Energy Healing & Holistic Healing Therapy For Mental Sessions

Holistic training, when approaching your mental concerns, is all about working within the three basic principles for this process to work. Working with gratitude, staying focused on the present, and your mind set are the three keys stepping stones for this work.

They sound easy, and you may wonder why people do not do them every day of their life. We have been conditioned since we were born to focus and see other things in our life such as the negativity and chaos.

When I refer to mental healing, it is all really about working within the confines of the mind. For this we can work on different areas such as affirmations and mantras, shifting your mind set into a positive one, removing mental barriers, goal setting, life goal achievement statements, and one of the big ones is taking responsibility for our lives. When we work on healing these areas and issues this is when we become strong mentally and can take control of our lives.

There are many who will have energy healing work done on their energetic levels, but continue along the same mindset as before, and do you know what happens then? Their mental healing is not completed and this can either leak back into their physical healthy areas or can cause more turmoil to be drawn back into their life because their mind is still in the old pattern as it was before. It would be like someone saying I want to lose weight but then going to the ice cream shop and getting ice cream cones every day. It just doesn’t work!

Mental healing is vitally important in any healing work and can be done in the comfort of your own home. The key stepping stones for mental healing are to keep things positive, focus on the gratitude you have in your life, and stay in the present moment.

Focusing on shifting your mind set into a positive one is something that helps you throughout your entire day. No matter what happens during your day, you must find that hidden opportunity no matter what is may be -that is why it is called a hidden one!

Gratitude is a big one to also incorporate into your mental healing way of life. It is always carrying around that positive appreciation for your life and all that you have in it. Many people look at only the small things in their day to day existence and do not see the bigger picture. You have to be grateful for everything and this is what is going to bring your mental healing into a close vibrational match with the Universal Source for this to occur. You have to not only be grateful for the things you can see, but also for the things you are anticipating in your life and the ones that are about to occur, along with your life in general for being alive to work with this healing.

Staying in the moment is the final step to this process. We cannot change the past and we cannot live in the future, all we have is right now.
